Upon further investigation a vehicle identification number (VIN) was located on the frame and confirmed the vehicle was owned by Gary McGaha, formerly of Arizona.

Dental records confirmed the victim’s identity. It is unknown as to why the vehicle left the roadway however icy conditions are most likely a contributing factor.
