Jordan Kellogg, 20, is formally charged with 7 counts of felony robbery and 1 count of attempted robbery in Douglas County Court.  Judge Stephanie Shearer sets his bond at $75,000 - 10%.

Prosecutors say between Sept. 19-28, Kellogg and Janonta Liggins pretended to be women on dating apps and set up meetings with at least 8 men.  They would meet what they thought were women at homes near Miller Park late at night.  When the men would show up, Kellogg and Liggins would allegedly rob them at gunpoint for their wallets and phones.

Prosecutors say Kellogg used stolen credit cards and sold all the phones.

Liggins has not made an initial appearance yet.

A third defendant, Terrell Brown had his bond set at $25,000 -10% for allegedly having a gun when they were arrested.
