Police say they arrested 22-year-old Lukas Dragon in his Bellevue home. They booked him into the Sarpy County Jail under suspicion of the following charges: Attempted 1st Degree Sexual Assault, 1st Degree False Imprisonment, Interference with Public Service and Criminal Mischief.
Police say the victim did not know the suspect, making the crime concerning and unusual.
"It is concerning and we don't any other cases that would be connected to this particular suspect or this type of incident occurring,” said Laurie Synowiecki, public information officer. “The detectives on this case have been working diligently in an attempt to identify the suspect. So we can get him into custody and figure out what happened here."
Police say the Walgreens worker suffered minor injuries.
A Walgreens spokesperson says the company is fully cooperating with police and feels fortunate its employee was not seriously hurt.
