A man is recovering tonight after being shot while riding his bike Saturday night near 25th and Hartman.
The victim, 43-year-old Chad Blakey, told officers he was riding his bike around 11 p.m. Saturday night when someone in a small red Chevy sedan drove by and shot him.
Police are investigating if Blakey was targeted.
