Bellevue Police are looking for a man who they say used his cell phone to take pictures up a woman's skirt while she was shopping at Wal-Mart with her child.

It happened at the Wal-Mart on 15th and Cornhusker Road at around 8:00 p.m.

The woman identified as Amanda Phillipson did not know the man and was not injured during the incident.

Phillipson said she was with her daughter when the incident happened Tuesday night.

"We were looking at T-shirts and all of a sudden she's like mom there was a guy who has a phone and was under your dress," said Phillipson.

Phillipson's 8-year-old daughter actually witnessed the man believed to be taking inappropriate photos.

"I would have not known had she not told me or noticed," said Phillipson.

While Phillipson never saw the man, she immediately wanted to get help.

"At first I didn't know what to think and then I'm like okay I need to tell someone."

The man is described as a white male, early 30's, 5' 10" tall, 180 lbs, brown hair, and brown beard. He was wearing a white hat, a dark color shirt, with DC Shoes logo on it, dark pants, and white athletic shoes.

Anyone with information about this crime, or who may know the identity of the suspect, is asked to call the Bellevue Police Department at 402.293.3100 or Sarpy County Crime Stoppers at 402.592.STOP (7867).
