OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Washington County has issued a mandatory evacuation order for an area just north of Blair "commonly referred to as the bottoms."
"All residents East of County Road 31; East of CR P31 to CR 10, east of CR P33 South to CR 18," are to evacuate immediately.
"Deputies are going door to door to inform citizens."
