MetLife opening new customer service center

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — MetLife is celebrating the official opening of a new customer service center in downtown Omaha.

With plans to employ approximately 250 customer service professionals when at full capacity, the new campus represents a major investment in digital initiatives that are helping MetLife enhance the customer experience.

Congressman Don Bacon, Nebraska Insurance Director Bruce Ramge, and MetLife executive leaders are slated to be in attendance.

The event starts at 3 p.m. at the Gavilion Building, followed by interviews and facility tours at 3:40.
