Michael Benson, the 25-year-old charged with second-degree murder in the September shooting death of James Womack, had his bond set at $2 million Friday afternoon.
Benson was previously being held on $1 million bond after being charged with an accessory to a felony in November.
According to our partners at the Omaha World-Herald, investigators believe there was a second person with Benson at the time of the shooting.
