Michael Benson, 25, has been booked with second-degree murder for his role in the shooting death of Omaha truck driver James Womack.
Womack was shot and killed on 60th and L Street on the evening of September 18, 2017.
Benson was originally booked on Sept. 23, 2017 for accessory to a felony.
