A man was taken to the hospital in very critical condition after a fire in a Midtown apartment.
The fire started around 6 p.m. on Thursday night at 125 N. 39th Street.
There was no damage to the other apartments in the building. Paramedics took the victim to the Nebraska Medical Center.
