COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA (KMTV) — The Council Bluffs Police Department says a missing teenager has been located.
Jeremiah Thomas Kuenning, 17, was reported missing by his family on Saturday when he left his home, upset.
His mother says he is autistic and takes medication.
