SARPY COUNTY, Neb. (KMTV) — The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) is searching for a boy who went missing from a foster home in Papillion Wednesday night.

Prior to running away, they say 12-year-old Raheem Blue-Ellis cut off an ankle monitor he was wearing at the time.

He is described as:

  • A light-skinned black male
  • Approximately 5’1”
  • 138 lbs
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes
  • Last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt with black sweat pants and black slide sandals

SCSO says it has not received information that Blue-Ellis is in danger or was abducted.

Anyone with information that could help find Blue-Ellis is asked to call Investigator Paschall at (402)350-0572.
