SARPY COUNTY, Neb. (KMTV) — The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) is searching for a boy who went missing from a foster home in Papillion Wednesday night.
Prior to running away, they say 12-year-old Raheem Blue-Ellis cut off an ankle monitor he was wearing at the time.
He is described as:
- A light-skinned black male
- Approximately 5’1”
- 138 lbs
- Black hair
- Brown eyes
- Last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt with black sweat pants and black slide sandals
SCSO says it has not received information that Blue-Ellis is in danger or was abducted.
