OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Missouri Valley Schools Superintendent Brent Hoessing is at it again thanks to a winter storm that slammed Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa.
For his latest school closing video, Hoessing donned a cowboy hat and sang to the tune of "Longneck Bottle" by Garth Brooks.
