LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) — The Nebraska Ticket Office announced Friday that the 200 level seating at Pinnacle Bank Arena is now available for "Opening Night with Husker Hoops."
The free event on Friday, September 27th, features a nationally-known musical act and will give fans a first look at the 2019-20 Huskers and new coach Fred Hoiberg. Fans will be treated to a live scrimmage on the brand new Pinnacle Bank Arena court, and will hear Coach Fred Hoiberg speak. PBA doors will open at 6 p.m. that evening with the event beginning at 7 p.m.
The featured musical guest will be announced once the Huskers get back from Italy later this month.
As of August 1st, the entire lower bowl of PBA has been filled, resulting in the 200 level seats being opened to accommodate fans wanting to attend.
"Opening Night with Husker Hoops" begins a busy weekend for Nebraska Athletics, as the Husker football team hosts Ohio State the following day.
