Motorcycle crash leaves one person dead

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A motorcycle crash late Tuesday night left one person dead.

Officers were called to the area of Gilmore Avenue and Railroad Avenue around 11 p.m. After investigation, it was determined that a 2009 Honda CBR-1000R motorcycle was northbound on Highway 75 and traveling over the 60 mph speed limit.

The motorcycle struck the concrete barrier, sending the motorcycle and the driver to the ground below. The driver, identified as 29-year-old Patrick McNally, was declared dead at the scene.
