A motorcyclist is dead in an early morning crash near 36th and Redick.
According to police, 33-year-old Troy D Minnifield, was riding his Kawasaki motorcycle southbound on Martin and 36th Avenue when he struck a curb and lost control.
He slid 90 feet along the roadway and was taken to Nebraska Med with CPR in progress. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
