SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KMTV) — The Nebraska State Patrol says Alliance-based attorney Jon Worthman, 52, was arrested during a task force operation Tuesday afternoon.
Worthman, of Scottsbluff, was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. Investigation revealed he was trading legal fees for the drug.
He was lodged in the Scottsbluff County Detention Center.
The Western Nebraska Intelligence and Narcotics Group was responsible for the arrest with assistance from the Nebraska State Patrol and Scottsbluff Police Department.
