We are still more than a year away from the Nebraska governor's race, but Republicans are officially complaining about one opponent.
The state GOP filed a complaint against State Sen. Bob Krist with thestate accountability and disclosure commission.
The complaint accuses Krist of violating campaign finance laws by conducting a poll before forming his campaign committee and not reporting financial activity.
Krist, who dropped his Republican Party affiliation, denies the accusation adding "the Republican Party bosses are desperate to credit anyone who doesn't fall in line with them."
