A 22-year-old Grand Island woman is missing and is in danger, says the Nebraska State Patrol.
They say Kendra Maxwell, who is developmentally disabled and can communicate, was last seen by her family on July 24.
Maxwell is 5-foot-2, 180 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. She was wearing gray shorts, pink flip flops and a light blue shirt.
