LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) — The 2019 legislative session for Nebraska's Unicameral begins Wednesday morning in Lincoln.
Proposals to balance a tight state budget, lower property taxes and legalize medical marijuana will be some of the most heated topics.
Thirteen new state senators have joined the ranks and the session will go until June 6.
