Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts has signed a bill into law that raises the age requirements for children who ride in car seats in Nebraska.
All children younger than 8-years-old will have to be in a booster seat beginning Jan. 2019. Toddlers will also need to rear-facing until the age of 2.
