If you're looking for a "fur-ever" friend, you may want to run by the Nebraska Humane Society Wednesday.
NHS is offering half price adoptions for all dogs 1 year and older. All cats 1 year and over are free. All are microchipped, spayed or neutered. Adopters will still need to pay applicable license fees.
NHS will begin taking adoption applications at 10 a.m. Wednesday until 5:30 p.m.
