After being closed for almost a month, all of the Papio NRD Elkhorn River access sites are now open and the N.P. Dodge Park Marina will reopen on Thursday.
Elkhorn River access sites had been closed since June 27 because of high waters.
The campgrounds at N.P. Dodge Park will remain closed and the fields will be under restricted access.
