NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KMTV) — On Wednesday, the Nebraska State Patrol says investigators arrested a North Platte man for arranging to have sex with a 15-year-old girl through social media media.
They say the man set the meeting and traveled to Ogallala to meet the girl who was actually an investigator posing as a juvenile.
30-year-old Joshua Malsbury, of North Platte, was arrested on suspicion of enticement by electronic communication device and lodged in Keith County Jail.
Nebraska State Patrol thanked Ogallala Police for assisting in the operation and provided a message to parents about online predators:
