Nebraska State Patrol troopers arrested a man after they found 198.4 pounds of pot during a traffic stop in Seward County on Saturday.

NSP officials said that they conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 80 at around 3:30 p.m.

Officials said a trooper stopped an eastbound 2003 Ford F350 utility truck for speeding, failure to signal and following too close.

The trooper was given consent to search the vehicle.

Authorities say the search led to the seizure of 198.4 lbs. of marijuana.

The marijuana contained in 77 individual packages was located in both side compartments of the utility truck.

The trooper arrested 44-year-old Jonathan C. Snyder of Jacksonville, FL.

Snyder was booked in the Seward County Jail on a charge of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver.
