Saul Ahedo, 40, was arrested Monday for possession with intent to deliver after he was caught with 24 pounds of heroin by the Nebraska State Patrol.
According to a release, the incident happened downtown when an investigator encountered suspicious activity.
The drugs have a street value of more than $400,000
