The Old Market is letting people know it's open for business.
The Greater Omaha Chamber, First National Bank, Omaha Downtown Improvement District and Old Market Business Association held a ribbon cutting at 11th and Howard streets Friday morning.
First National Bank says about 300 employees were bussed to the Old Market, beginning at 10:30 a.m., to support the area.
The company says it will "pass the baton" to another downtown business to continue the campaign.
