Omaha man dead after motorcycle crash

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - A 33-year-old Omaha man died Wednesday after a crash at 132nd and Harrison.

Police say a car driven by a 49-year-old Omaha woman was northbound on 132nd and began to turn westbound onto Harrison Street.

The car then struck a motorcycle driven by Maksim Shcherbiy. He was taken to Bergan Mercy but died shortly after arriving.

Police say he was wearing a helmet.

The driver of the car was uninjured. Charges are pending.
