Two Omaha residents are in a Southwest Iowa jail after being caught with drugs during a traffic stop.

Fremont County deputies say they stopped 24 year olds Deavan Donner and Nicole Frieze as well as two small children for a traffic violation near Bartlett, Iowa on Thursday afternoon.

Deputies smelled drugs in the vehicle and found marijuana and drug paraphernalia used in the ingestion of both marijuana and meth inside the vehicle. They also found drugs and drug paraphernalia hidden in a diaper bag.

Both were arrested for Child Endangerment, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Deavan was also arrested for driving while barred, habitual offender.

Both are being held in the Fremont County Jail pending an initial appearance before a magistrate.
