Omaha Police have made an arrest in a Tuesday night stabbing that left one woman dead.
Officers responded to the area of 63rd and Ames around 10:15.
43-year-old Meredith Wells was taken to the Nebraska Medical Center in extremely critical condition. Wells died at the hospital.
Police arrested Carletta Wells-Harris and booked her for 2nd-degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
