OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A driver of a motorcycle was left with a life-threatening head injury after a collision with a vehicle that fled the scene.
At 1:29 a.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of NW Radial Hwy and Hamilton St.
Investigation showed a 2017 Hyosung GD250R was traveling southbound on NW Radial Hwy and approaching Hamilton St.
A northbound vehicle then turned west onto Hamilton St in front of the motorcycle, causing a collision.
The vehicle that fled the scene is described as an unknown dark colored SUV.
The motorcyclist was transported to Nebraska Medicine with a life-threatening head injury.
Authorities continue to investigate.
