OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Omaha Police announced more information on Tuesday on the Friday death of 42-year-old Calvin Strong, Sr.

Police responded to the area of S 25th and Leavenworth on May 29th where they found a damaged bedroom door with two people inside.

The two individuals were later identified as Charles Turner, 39, and Strong.

According to police, Turner was holding Strong face-down in what he described as a half-nelson and was laying on top of Strong.

According to police, multiple witnesses were interviewed and their stories were consistent with Turner's.

Turner was treated at Nebraska Medical Center with multiple injuries.
