Omaha Police have arrested Richodd Mackins, 31, for first-degree murder in connection to a 2008 homicide.
Police say in September of 2008, Marcus Johnson, then 23, was shot at a barber shop on North 60th Street. He was transported to Creighton University Medical Center, where he died later in the day.
The investigation is on-going.
