A 62-year-old Omaha was taken into custody without incident for a sexual assault reported at Oasis Massage and Spa in January.
According to OPD, Melvin Buffington sexually assaulted a woman during her Jan. 12 massage appointment. Police were notified of the event on Feb. 11.
Buffington was booked on one count of first-degree sexual assault and one count of third-degree sexual assault. The investigation is on-going and Oasis is cooperating.
