An Omaha woman has died from injuries sustained in a crash that shut down portions of I-480 on Saturday.
According to Omaha Police, 67-year-old Laura Hogan's Chrysler 200 sedan attempted to avoid a truck that had broken down in a northbound lane, but struck the truck.
Hogan was transported to the Nebraska Medicine emergency room where the later died.
The driver of the truck, 26-year-old Uriah Patrick Yates, suffered minor bumps and bruises and refused treatment at the scene.
