OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - A 40-year-old Omaha woman died Saturday in a car accident.

Police said a Chevy Tahoe driven by Angela Davis struck a storm drain near 3482 Martin Avenue just after 4 a.m. The vehicle then spun out and struck a retaining wall.

Davis was partially ejected from the car and pronounced dead on scene.

Police said "lack of seat belt use was a contributing factor."
