An Omaha woman has been charged with three felony counts of involuntary manslaughter after for her role in a Kansas crash that killed three.
According to the TopekaCaptial-Journal, Maria D. Perez-Marquez was attempting to pass another a vehicle when she hit a minivan carrying four passengers head-on near Holton, Kansas.
Carmen Ukele, 42, and her 11-year-old daughter Marlee and 62-year-old brother-in-law Steven all died in the crash.
