Lincoln Police say one person is dead and another injured in a shooting Monday afternoon.
The shooting happened at a home near 20th and Euclid Avenue. When the shooting happened, there were children in the home but they were uninjured. A dog was also shot and Animal Control is taking care of it. Nearby Prescott Elementary went on lockout while police searched for the suspect.
Police are looking for one male suspect who they consider armed and dangerous. Anyone with information should call Crimestoppers at 402-475-3600
