Iowa State troopers believe alcohol was a factor in a deadly crash near Carroll Saturday night.
Troopers say 49 year old David Riesenberg of Carroll died at the scene after his pickup was struck head-on by another pickup that crossed the center line of 245th Street near Ivy Avenue southwest of Carroll just before 10 Saturday night.
The driver of the other pickup, 26 year old Andrew Behrens of Carroll was airlifted to a Des Moines hospital. State Troopers are still investigating the crash
