A shooting early Monday left a 16-year-old boy seeking medical attention for himself at Immanuel Medical Center.
According to an Omaha Police Department press release, officers were called to the medical center at 12:27 a.m. Monday after 16-year-old Dauthria Gile swalked in saying he had been shot near 37th and Browne streets, and little else about the incident.
He was transported to CUMC-Bergan Mercy with non-life-threatening injuries, the release states, and the investigation is ongoing.
