OPD is investigating a homicide after a woman was found dead inside her home near 49th and Q Saturday morning.
Police say they received a 911 call to check the welfare of those living inside a home near 49th and Q.
Officers arrived on scene to find 33-year-old Joselyn Serrano-Albayero dead with wounds consistent of homicide. Her children, ages 2 and 9, were also home at the time.
The children were not hurt and were taken into protective custody.
