OPD is investigating a Sunday morning shooting near 48th and Ames that left one person in the hospital.
Officers responded to Immanuel Hospital at 2:37 a.m. Sunday to investigate a shooting victim that arrived at the hospital.
The victim, Johnny Tiller, said someone fired a gun at the vehicle he was a passenger in near 48th and Ames. Tiller's injury is not life-threatening.
Another passenger in the vehicle sustained minor injuries that didn't require medical care.
