OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — OPPD wants to warn you of a spoofing scam going around regarding their customer service number.
They sent out this tweet explaining the scam and what to do should you get a call from that number.
SCAM ALERT: We are getting reports that scammers are spoofing our customer service number. If you get a call demanding payment, hang up. Call us back at 877-536-4131 to verify it was really OPPD, & report it if it wasn't. We never call you & demand payment! pic.twitter.com/kBKKtBNgZk
