Before thousands of Omaha Public School students will return to class tomorrow, Franklin Elementary School families had the chance to see their school in a whole new light at the school’s ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday evening.
Crews spent the summer upgrading Franklin Elementary School, a $9 million project that was part of the 2014 OPS bond renovations.
