After Tuesday night, mini-pigs will remain illegal in Papillion. The city council voted 6-1 against a proposal that aimed at changing the law to allow mini-pigs as pets.
It was inspired in part by Tori, the potbelly pig that went missing for three days and was hit by a car during her escape.
