Lincoln Police arrested a man who thought he was arranging to meet a teenage girl for sex.
Police arrested 25 year old Leonard Pfarr around 12:30 Friday morning. Investigators say Pfarr was trying to meet a 15 year old girl for sexual contact, but was actually talking to an undercover police officer.
Pfarr was booked into the Lancaster County Jail for enticement by electronic communication device.
