Police have arrested a man they say left a hit-and-run crash at the Oak View Mall at the beginning of February.
30-year-old Alejandro Lara-Lozano was arrested after police say he hit two girls from Marian High School and fled the scene.
The driver, 16-year-old Madi Reed, had a fracture in her back and a shattered heel. The passenger in the car was in the ICU for several days.
