Omaha Police have identified the motorcyclist killed in a crash Monday afternoon.
Police say 40 year old Bryan Muhlbach of Fremont was traveling westbound on West Dodge Road at a high rate of speed. While changing lanes, Muhlbach lost control just east of the 204th Street exit and left the right side of the road. Muhlbach was thrown from the motorcycle and down an embankment. Several motorists stopped to help Muhlbach until rescue crews arrived.
Muhlbach was taken to CHI-Bergan Mercy with CPR in progress, but he died at the hospital. Investigators say he was not wearing a helmet.
