Omaha Police are investigating a shooting near Midtown Monday afternoon.
The shooting happened near 25th and Rees after police were chasing the driver of a vehicle around 4:20 p.m.. There is a heavy police presence in the area.
It's not clear who fired the shot. The victim was taken to Nebraska Medicine in critical condition.
