Omaha Police hope surveillance video will lead them to the man who robbed a gas station and tried to rob a store last week.
Police were called to the Family Dollar near 30th and Newport around 9:30 p.m. last Thursday after a man walked in and demanded cash at gunpoint. When the workers could not open the register, the suspect left empty handed. About an hour later, police were called to the Bucky's near 50th and Dodge after it was robbed at gunpoint.
